as I FININSH UP ROUND 2 I WANT THANK BROTHER BILL! I HAVE A QUESTION FOR YOU…..I HAD A DREAM AND IN THE DREAM I WAS AT A WHITEBOARD AND I WAS TEACHING/PREACHING I COULD NOT HEAR MYSELF BUT I SAW MYSELF CRYSTAL CLEAR AND THERE WAS A WORD ON THE BOARD AND I HAVE HAD A HARD TIME GETTING A UNDERSTANDING ON THIS WORD. ONE RABBI EXPLAINED IT TO ME AND THE OTHER ONE THOUGHT I HAD THE WORDS WRONG BUT I KNOW WHAT I SAW! THE LETTERS WHERE SHIN, VAV-O, VAV, VAV-O….IT PRONOUNCES SHOVO……..BUT FROM YOUR EXPERTISE WHAT IN THE WORLD DOES THAT MEAN? I APPRECIATE ANY HELP ACHI… 🙂

    • Bill says:

Jeremy; I’m afraid on this one I’m stumped. I’ve looked at every resource I have and can find nothing that matches what you saw. I really don’t know where to go at this point to find an answer; I hope you find it. Shalom.

      • Jeremy Vonner says:

Shalom Brother Bill, one of the ladies in our congregation takes classes via internet and studies with a rabbi in Israel. She took the word and gave it to the rabbi, and he said “shovo means between you and me”……wow..thank u for helping me still….May Yah speed go before you as u continune to serve and my the blood of Christ cover you….SHALOM

PS…..once i finish both the hebrew classes 1 and 2……is there anything else i can eat off of?? 🙂

        • Bill says:

Jeremy; let me know when you get done and we’ll see what we can do for you. Shalom.

Shalom Brother Bill! Sorry for these gaps and not responding quicker, I am completed with both of the sessions. I also have a opportunity which the Father has clearly placed in front of me and i assume HE has confidence in me??? For Passover i will lead our service and i think we will have a joint service with a reformed Jewish congregation whom we rent from and hold our services in their temple….and i will have to do a 30 minute sermon, read the Torah portion (they are gonna let us use their Torah) in Hebrew and do a Bar Mitzvah…YIKES! So any extra work or help will help me as Passover quickly arrives. My teacher is a member at the synagogue she leads some of their erev services and she is very conservative but she is willing and excited to help me, she has came to like me and appreciates my desire to learn. when i was in Texas i remember hearing your testimony about hearing a certain Hebrew song and wanting to learn it and once you got it they wanted you to sing it in front of the congregation…lol…..i kind of feel like that so brother anything will help and most importantly keep me in your prayers…lol but i am serious…shalom brother!

          • Bill says:

Jeremy; sorry for my slow response. As far as continuing on with Hebrew on this site, I can and will be doing some more sessions although they may not be recorded for video. However, I’m not sure I can get them started in time for your Passover service. Do you know specifically what part of the portion you will be reading? If you could get the specifics I MIGHT (REPEAT “MIGHT”) be able to help you a bit. It’s getting close, I know, but if you can get some details I’ll see what I can do. Shalom and blessings.
