On This Day – 1 Elul

Categories: All Posts, General, On This Day, The Gleaning Corner

Shalom. Today begins the month of Elul when we are to be earnestly turning our hearts to the Father in repentance in anticipation of the coming holy days. In light of that, our devotion today will emphasize the responsibility we have when it comes to those who have not yet seen the need for repentance. Hope you are blessed. Approximately 4.5 minutes.

Amen! Thank you for being a blessing!

    Shalom…

A “sign” in the Heavens has appeared exactly 2.3 days before the appearance of the New Moon; the Sun was completely covered in “sackcloth” for approximately 2.3 minutes.

2.3 is equal to “after 2 days” which mandates the “3rd. Day”

The Shofar’s voice announced it’s new beginning across the land unto the faithful…

This day starts the month of Elul.

There arose a “Blood Moon” in the land of ISRAEL this year.

The beginning of a New Year is on the horizon.

    The Day of Atonement approaches.

This year completes the 70yr. generational cycle established in Torah as a foundational precipice for the return of Messiah from 1948; the year of a resurrected nation; ISRAEL..

This day in the Kingdom of Men, the greatest famine known to mankind is occurring in Yemen.

No doubt of wars and rumors of wars across the world, and the pestilence it will bring.

Everywhere you turn there is unrest and division in every land.

And as in the Days of Noah, people are eating, drinking, partying, and marrying, as life continues it’s rotation and the stock markets barely take notice of world events as “Men of Renown” flourish building their Towers of Power.

REMEMBER; that the signs in the Heavens and the conditions listed occur “BEFORE” the “Day of the Lord”.

………. just a reminder to keep your lamp full of oil.

    Shalom, shalom
