  1. Elaine Newton says:

Bill I am continually amazed what you can say in 4-5 minutes, just packed full of hope, inspiration, wisdom, etc. I SO appreciate your sharing and transparency. I have been praying for understanding from Abba and ears to hear. I’m so thankful He is faithful and personal, just like you said. I could comment every day and say how blessed I am by your efforts for “on this day”, but I have restrained myself…..lol. Thanks again so much. Blessing back to you and your lovely family. Elaine

    • Bill says:

Elaine; I appreciate the encouragement you and others give to me by making these comments. I’m happy to know that, in some small way, these brief thoughts are helpful. Blessings to you. Shalom.

  2. Sylvia says:

Bill…Elaine expressed completely the appreciation of the beautiful words of Scripture that you expound on with your “On This Day” daily emails.

I too, have been experiencing a major health problem in the last three weeks and so needed to be reminded that our Heavenly Father is with us every minute of every day. I am encouraged and so blessed by your thoughts.

Between health and this paganistic time of year, it can be so depressing. I long to worship our Father in the kingdom to come.

    Blessings back to you,
    Sylvia

  3. Linda Williscroft says:

To me, Yeshua is the “God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Linda.”
Yes, He is intensely personal. He even knows our thoughts “from afar off!” (Psalm 139)
I love my Jesus (yes, to be honest, it is unnatural for me to use His Hebrew name, I hope you won’t be offended. I am His Gentile bride and I sought Him about this matter of whether I ought not to use His Hebrew name, He strongly assured me it was good in His sight. For, “Jesus is the sweetest Name I know,” had always been one of my most favorite songs!)
He is the great and mighty God and greatly to be feared! Yet His heart is Love. He loves you Bill and will take care of all your health and other needs and yours too Sylvia.
He cares far more about those needs than we do.
All we need do in this life, is fix our eyes on Him-not for our needs but just to behold Him in the Spirit and learn more of Him!

    Bless you all!
