Torah Portion – Vay’yelech (D’varim 31:1 – 30)

Categories: All Posts, Audio Teachings, Torah Portions

Shalom. This is our audio commentary on the portion Vay'yelech - "and he went." On the last day of his life, Moses went through the camp to encourage the people that the Creator would continue to guide them even though he, Moses, would no longer be with them. Yet, he also warned them that, in the future, their disobedience would cause God to "hide" His face from them and it wouldn't be until the end of days that their descendants would turn back to God with their whole heart. There is much to be considered in this portion. (Approximately 30 minutes).

How do we see did the heavens and the earth as the 2 great witnesses on Day One?

In the beginning the “seed”, the “Word of God” was planted in midst of the earth and on day one the earth brought forth that “seed” and the “seed” (the mediator) was witness to the fact that the earth was trustworthy. On that same day, the “seed” ascended into the heavens in order for it to continue its process of development. This is the testimony of the heavens to the “seed’s goodness” and the testimony of the “seed”, the mediator who pleads the case for all before God. So, on day one, the earth brought forth the “fruit” of God, the heavens received the fruit and then the fruit plead the case before God of the trustworthiness of the heavens and the earth.

In the same sense, when the Spirit plants the “seed” in our hearts, our hearts as the earth did, should naturally return to God that which is His, His Word. (Lk 8:11) This fruit of the “seed” manifests itself as His “Light” which God then directs to the heavens and the earth and all that are in it as testimony of His Authority and Presence in this world. When we allow this to happen, Messiah pleads to God on our behalf as to our trustworthiness.

So if we take a look at this in the sense of court proceedings, what is to happen first according to proper protocol of the Creator? There must be at least 2 witnesses to any transgression and the witnesses must answer the questions of the mediator before the judge can render a proper and just verdict. So in essence, day one was the first court proceeding and on that day that the witnesses “heavens and the earth” testified to the Mediator who pleads before the Father that the “seed” of the “Word of God” was without transgression therefore rendering perfect the “Word of God” and ready to serve its function, its purpose in the world.

The verdict from the testimony of the heavens and the earth on Day One also reveals to us that the “ONLY GOOD” thing brought forth that day was the “Light” as that “Light” was freed so that it could to return to He who planted it in order for it to make its 1st pleading before God. All 3, the “seed” of the “Light” (the “Word”), the earth, and the heavens all did as God created them to do. The earth nourished the seed so it could come forth, the seed came forth in obedience to God and the heavens received it back to the Father. And not to be left unnoticed on day one as to the trustworthiness of the witnesses, the earth did not bring forth darkness and the heavens did not inquire of it as one who was intrigued and wished to know what it was. (Dt 12) That darkness remained behind was testimony of the heavens and the earth that there was to be no mixing of light and darkness. No mixing of that which is good and that which was not testified to be good on day one by the 2 great witnesses of Dt 4, 31 & Mt 5.

When we nourish the seed and bring forth its light so that it may be received back to the Father as the heavens and the earth did on day one, we in turn will one day be received back to the Father in an incorruptible state just as the original “seed”, our Messiah did.

It is all so amazingly beautiful & wondrous this Word of God!

    Shalom…

Many, many types of jewels are displayed here…

Moses did not only journey with Joshua into land metaphorically, AND I would argue physically as well, but was himself the vehicle through which was manifested to Israel and is still here with us journeying in the Wilderness awaiting the sound of the Shofar calling us into the Land.

What a life changing event that would be for parents, let alone children to hear the Torah in it’s original words without a preacher adding his own to them…

The revelation of “hiding my face” / Czar / Princes / Tzarot-troubles, is undoubtedly a Ruby of Clear Wisdom in these latter days…

Though PRINCES did sit and speak against me, yet thy servant did meditate in thy statutes.
    Psalm 119 : Gimmel

PRINCES have persecuted me without cause, but my heart stands in awe of thy word.
    Psalm 119 : Shin

The revealed hue of ‘hiding His Face” and the “correlation of the Shema” is a PINK DIAMOND.

Make thy Face to shine upon thy Servant and teach me thy STATUTES.
    Psalm 119 : Pe

I understand the establishment of this understanding to have it’s foundation rooted in FAITH…

PRINCES-Troubles attacking, is without a doubt an umbilical chord to disobedience, and a gauge of measurement as well….. ie, JOB

That the SUN hides his face from the MOON for approx. 2.6 days is the pattern set in the Heavens.
Man’s days are 120 yrs. as mandated.
40 GENERATIONS from Abraham to David, 40 GENERATIONS from David to Yeshua, AND 40 GENERATIONS from Yeshua to now takes on a more “intricate” persona when they are looked at as JUBLIEE’S.
    40 JUBLIEE’S = 2,000 YRS., ADD THE 3 SETS OF 40 JUBLIEE’S and we have 120 yrs. which = 6,000 yrs.

Which by my math are 3 DAYS..

    On a different trail…
When a “SACKCLOTH SUN” is cast upon a HOLY DAY suggests to me that this would indeed be time of “GREAT TROUBLE” and in another vernacular; GREAT PRINCES..

    Shalom
